Attend
Samvad Divas

The afternoon session — संवाद आरंभ है, सतत है — is open to everyone. No invitation. No registration required to attend. This page is for those who would like us to know they are coming.

Two halves.
Different by design.

Samvad Divas has a precise architecture. Understanding it matters — because attending the event means something specific, and we want to be honest about what you are walking into.

10:00 AM — 2:00 PM
The Working Morning
Four parallel working rooms. Forty to sixty people, curated by invitation. Each room works one question toward a named commitment. This session is closed — not because it is exclusive, but because its character depends on being small enough to be real.
By invitation only
3:30 PM — 5:30 PM
संवाद आरंभ है, सतत है — The Open Afternoon
Each room presents what it discovered and committed to. The public audience responds, adds, challenges. The next gathering is announced in the room. This is what you are registering for — and it is the part that extends the conversation beyond the curated room.
Free · Open to all

If you believe you — or someone you know — belongs in the curated morning session, the path is not through this form. Reach out on LinkedIn and tell us who you are and what you are working on.

The morning is for action-oriented people building something real. If that is you, say so.

Let us know you're coming.

No ticket. No fee. Takes two minutes. This helps us plan the space and keep you informed about the venue and any updates closer to 22 August.

The form collects your name, email, city, and what brings you here. We read every response. We will write back closer to the date with venue details and any updates.

The afternoon is not a closing ceremony. Its name signals its character.

संवाद आरंभ है, सतत् है — the conversation does not conclude here, it extends. To more people, more districts, more years. The afternoon session is designed to receive the work of the morning and carry it forward.

3:30 PM
Rooms present. Each room's anchor — ten minutes each. Not a summary of the discussion. Here is what we discovered. Here is what we committed to. Here is where we need more people.
~4:10 PM
The lunch question, read aloud. Every table at lunch was asked the same question. The answers are read unfiltered — what the assembled community believes is still missing from Bihar's innovation ecosystem.
~4:25 PM
Open floor. Not Q&A — responses. People who want to add to a room's commitment, challenge a finding, or name themselves as someone who wants to work on something specific.
~5:10 PM
Closing. One forward-facing statement — what this community commits to between now and the next gathering. And the date of the next gathering, announced in the room.
