Samvad Diwas has a precise architecture. Understanding it matters — because attending means something specific, and we want to be honest about what you are walking into.

Manthan Diwas — The Working Day
Two parallel working rooms — Vaishālī and Sonepur. Twenty to twenty-four people, curated by invitation. Each room works one Tension toward a named commitment. This part is closed — not because it is exclusive, but because its character depends on being small enough to be real.

Each room presents what it discovered and committed to. A respondent panel reacts. The audience responds, adds, challenges. The next gathering is announced in the room. This is what you are registering for. Later the same evening, a live space on X carries it further — no registration needed for that part.

संवाद आरंभ है, सतत् है — the conversation does not conclude here, it extends. To more people, more districts, more years. The Closing Ceremony is designed to receive the work of Manthan Diwas and carry it forward, the same evening — not a second day.

Closing reviews. Each Pravartak — Vaishālī and Sonepur — gives a ~15-minute review of their room's discussion, based on notes. Not a formal presentation.
5:00 PM
— 6:00 PM
Panel discussion. A respondent panel of senior voices analyses what both rooms produced. Closing: one forward-facing statement — what this community commits to between now and the next gathering. And the date of the next gathering, announced in the room.

— 8:00 PM
Live space on X. Co-hosted with Ankur / The Bihar Index, carrying the day's conclusions to a wider audience. Open to everyone, no registration needed.
